A great class to wind down for the week while bringing peace and harmony to your weekend.
Service Description
A blend of mindful movement and stretching, pranayama (breath work) and meditation to foster inner peace, love and happiness. We will start with mindful movement and stretching to prepare the body to sit comfortably for up to 30 minutes. Followed by simple breathing techniques that help to clear the mind, reduce anxiety and stress, and calm the mind. Ending with guided and/or silent meditation and chanting of the Universal sound, Om. Meditation cushions and chairs are available or you can bring your own. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. No experience necessary.
