Ayurveda recommends for most people to eat in season. We will teach you how to cook for the season.
Service Description
This class will focus on using fresh, organic and locally sourced fruits, vegetables, meats and dairy when possible to be used in all recipes. Each week we will focus on one or two ingredients and share nutritional information from both a Western and Ayurveda perspective. In this class you will learn about: * Seasonal foods. * How to design and cook with foods you are unfamiliar to you. * How to store and preserve food. * The energetics of food. All sessions are recorded. If you are unable to attend live, you will receive a video link after the class to watch at your leisure.
