Each offering is rooted in the season we are moving through—autumn, winter, spring, or summer—so you’ll discover how to live in harmony with the shifting cycles of nature. In this welcoming space, you’ll learn: 🌿The foundational principles of Ayurveda (doshas, elements, and qualities) 🌿How the current season influences our body, mind, and spirit 🌿Practical tools for finding balance with season-specific foods, lifestyle choices, and daily rituals 🌿Hands-on experience with Ayurvedic cooking and herbs connected to the season Every workshop includes a light seasonal Ayurvedic meal crafted with garden and local harvest ingredients, offering you a delicious taste of how healing and grounding food can be.
