Seasonal nourishment, nature, and community gathered around the rhythms of life.
The Ayurvedic Garden Table is a small seasonal gathering rooted in fresh food, grounding practices, nature, and authentic connection.
Held at Treehouse Studio, each experience invites guests to slow down, reconnect with the rhythms of the season, and enjoy simple nourishment inspired by what is growing locally and in the garden.
Together we'll gather around seasonal food, herbal drinks, conversation, seasonal wisdom, and the simple pleasures of living in harmony with nature.

Meet Jennifer
I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, and Reiki master devoted to helping people reconnect with the natural rhythms of life. My work blends traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with the lived practices of seasonal cooking, yoga, and homestead living.
After decades spent navigating stress, trauma, and the pace of modern life, I discovered Ayurveda, yoga, and energy work as powerful tools for healing and transformation. What began as a deeply personal journey gradually became my life’s work — guiding others toward greater balance, resilience, and self-understanding.
Today, I support individuals through Ayurvedic body treatments, personalized consultations, yoga, and seasonal teachings designed to calm the nervous system and restore harmony within the body. I also share the everyday practices that sustain my own well-being — nourishing recipes, herbal wisdom, and reflections from my kitchen, garden, and homestead life.
At the heart of JenZen Living is a simple belief: healing unfolds when we slow down, listen to the body, and return to the rhythms of nature.
