Intro to Living Ayurveda & Yoga
A self-paced, introduction to the practice and living Ayurveda & Yoga. Each week you will receive pre-recorded videos introducing you to the concepts of Ayurveda along with at least one Yoga practice weekly that will teach you not only the physical asana practice but also the principles of yoga off the mat. Additionally there is optional forms to fill out and food experiments to do to deepen your understanding of the concepts and how they relate to you and your body. Any forms filled out come back to me through the HIPPA compliant software that gives me the opportunity to review and makes personalized suggestions to incorporate the concepts.
