Ways to Work Together
There are many ways to work together, depending on what you’re seeking in this season of your life. Some
people come to rest and receive hands-on care, some come to move and reconnect through yoga, and others
prefer to learn gently through seasonal teachings and writing.

All of my offerings are rooted in Ayurveda, yoga, and nervous system awareness — guided by the
rhythms of the seasons and the belief that healing unfolds when we feel supported, not rushed.

Below you’ll find the current ways I support clients and students.

Receive Care
Ayurvedic Bodywork & Restorative Support
For those seeking grounding, nourishment, and support for the nervous system, I offer seasonal Ayurvedic bodywork and restorative care. These sessions are deeply calming and individualized, designed to help you settle, regulate, and reconnect with your body.

Bodywork offerings change subtly with the seasons and may include Abhyanga, Vishesh, Kati Vasti, Garshana, and Reiki-infused restorative sessions. Each treatment is offered with care, presence, and respect for where you are in your healing journey.
Move & Learn
Yoga & Seasonal Programs
Yoga is offered as a supportive, grounding practice — a place to move gently, build awareness, and reconnect with yourself. Classes emphasize nervous system regulation, breath, and mindful movement rather than performance or pushing.

Throughout the year, I also offer a small number of seasonal programs that weave together yoga, Ayurveda, and self-reflection. These programs are designed as contained, intentional experiences that align with the natural rhythms of the year.

Writing & Recipes
Seasonal Writing, Recipes & Reflections
For those who prefer to explore Ayurveda and seasonal living at their own pace, I share ongoing writing, recipes, and reflections inspired by daily life, the kitchen, the garden, and the body’s wisdom.

This space is an invitation to learn without pressure — to listen, observe, and gently integrate practices that support balance and well-being over time.
