I specialize in beginner-friendly practices and offer a welcoming space for those new to yoga, returning
after time away, or seeking a gentler, more accessible approach. This is a place to move gently,
breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Modifications and options are always offered so each student can move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
