About the event
In honor of International Day of Yoga, Jen Zen Living and Within Wellness have teamed up to present the 2nd Strawberry Moon Yoga & Music Festival!
This year we have many more exciting classes and events throughout the day. We have also extended the hours of the event to bring you a variety of teachers, experiences, journeys, shopping and more.
The morning will start with the opportunity to participate in many various styles of yoga classes. Practices include Sun Salutations, Vinyasa, Beginner, Restorative, Kriapalu, Ayurveda style, Yoga Nidra and more! Other practices will include Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation.
We will break for a 90-minute lunch catered by Quabbin Harvest in Orange MA. A time for good food, good company and to shop at our many local handcrafters’ tables.
The afternoon will bring more yoga, Karma Kickers Kirtan and sing-a-long, a sound journey, drum circle and bonfire. Other experiences weaved…
