Autumn Equinox Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat

Your retreat will begin with a guided silent meditation walk through our peaceful grounds including down by the water.  You will then move into a seasonal yoga practice, which will including some gentle and moderate movement ending with deep rest and relaxation.  After practice we will share with you the basic ideas, concepts and practices of Ayurveda for moving through autumn with a sense of grounding, grace and balance.  We will close the retreat with a delicious organic seasonal meal and a bonfire, weather permitting.

Please plan to bring warm clothing as we will be outside for part if not the whole day.   Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
