About the event
Your retreat will begin in our HeartSpace flower garden to come together, connect to nature, and tune into the rhythms within you.
You will be guided through a nature meditation and walk through our beautiful grounds followed by an Ayurveda Yoga practice outside by the lake. After practice we will take a short break. We will then move into a Reiki Restorative & Yoga Nidra practice. You will then have time to shop from our homemade teas, oils, and soy wax candles. We will discuss Ayurveda and how to stay in balance for the summer as you eat a fresh, (mostly) organic meal prepared by us.
We will end our day with a bonfire, beverages and great conversation.
We have 2 kayaks and 1 canoe. Participants are welcome to stay beyond 5 to enjoy the fire and/or go out on the water.
