In this retreat, we will welcome in the Winter Solstice through 108 sun salutations followed by an extended Savasana with Reiki.

About the event
A retreat to warm up the body through 108 sun salutations while calming the mind with intentional breath through movement. Â
Salutations will be done in 4 sets of 27 with rest in between each set. Â You are encouraged to take rest at any point throughout the practice to honor your body. Â There is no need to push through all 108, if its not for you, but be in the energy of this meditative practice.
Following practice we will provide a refreshing light meal.
You are welcome to stay for a bonfire (weather dependant) following the event.
