During the hot season or periods of intense physical activity, our bodies crave cooling hydration that doesn’t compromise digestion. This “Ayurvedic Gatorade” marries Rose Water’s calming properties—ideal for cooling excess heat in Pitta—with the gently cleansing sourness of citrus juices. A small amount of Pink Himalayan Salt supplies trace minerals and helps balance the body’s electrolyte needs, while Raw Cane Sugar provides quick energy in a less refined form. By mixing warm (just-boiled) water with salt and sugar first, the ingredients dissolve more readily, creating a harmonious base before being tempered by ice and Rose Water. The result is a lightly sweet-tart beverage that keeps you both refreshed and grounded—perfect for hot days, strenuous work, or whenever you want a naturally cooling sip.
