Service Description

Your treatment will begin with 15 minutes of Garshana. This treatment is not available as a stand alone, must be scheduled with either Abhyanga or Vishesh treatments. Garshana complements Abhyanga or Vishesh by exfoliating the skin prior to the application of oil. It sloughs off dead skin and stimulates the skin and lymph system. I encourage cleansing and detoxification. It allows the body to absorb more of the nourishing oils. Friction from silk gloves is known to create static electricity which balances acid in the body to create a more balanced alkaline environment. You will go home with silk gloves used.
