Service Description
A gentle seasonal yoga practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and align with the rhythms of nature. Each class weaves together grounding movement, breath, seasonal wisdom, and nervous system support inspired by the energy of the season. This practice is approachable for all levels and focuses less on performance and more on presence, awareness, nourishment, and connection. Guests may choose to attend yoga on its own or continue into The Ayurvedic Garden Table seasonal gathering afterward for a deeper nourishment experience.

Pre-registration required due to limited space Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you enjoy using Classes are designed to be grounding and accessible for all levels Participants are encouraged to honor their own bodies and rest as needed Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless spot can be filled
