A Seed I’m Planting This Spring
Join me in growing something sacred.
This spring, as I turn 54, I’m stepping into a new season of purpose.
A season of deepening, learning, and becoming—so I can serve more fully from the heart.
For years, I’ve walked the path of healing through Ayurveda, Yoga, and Reiki and intuitive bodywork. My work has always been rooted in connection—seeing each client as a whole person, honoring their unique story, and personalizing their care.

I’ve spent the past 8 years walking alongside clients and students—supporting them through illness, recovery, and life transitions with compassionate care and personalized healing.
(Over 3,000 hours of yoga teaching and holistic healing experience.)

I’ve never been the traditional student. I’ve been a student of life. I’ve learned through trauma, resilience, and devotion. Through the Earth and her rhythms. Through every moment spent listening to the body—my own, and others’.

And now… I feel called to deepen even more.

This spring, I’ve decided to pursue a Doctorate in Ayurveda—a decision rooted in service, not status. This step will allow me to bring even more precise, personalized, and soul-aligned care to those I work with—especially those facing cancer, chronic illness, and emotional trauma.

I’m not asking for a birthday gift. I’m planting a seed.
And I’d be honored if you’d help me nurture it.
