About the event
A special yoga practice held outside around the fire and near the lake. Class is held on or around the full moon to maximize the benefits of the moon’s calming and cooling energy. The full moon is a great time for reflection and releasing the things that no longer serve us. Join us for a grounding experience in all of nature’s beauty.  All levels welcome.
