Warm Nourishing Medhya Latte
Ayurvedic Perspective
This latte is built around a nourishing base of ashwagandha and shatavari, with smaller amounts of bacopa and gotu kola for their traditional medhya role in Ayurveda. The milk gives the drink richness and grounding qualities, while the ginger syrup adds warmth and keeps the cup from feeling overly heavy.
In traditional Ayurvedic use, medhya herbs are associated with the mind, memory, learning, and clarity. This is a rich, building drink, so the amount and frequency can be adjusted to the individual, season, digestion, and overall constitution.
