We make our ghee in small batches to ensure a high quality product.  Our ghee is made with cultured organic unsalted butter. We call it liquid gold.
 
Ghee is highly revered in Ayurveda and recommend for most people.  It is highly nourishing to the tissues, is easy to digest, and is heat stable.  It's the only oil we cook with because it takes on the properties of the food you cook it with making the whole meal easier to digest, absorb and assimilate its nutrition.
 
Most people who are lactose intolerant are able to eat ghee without adverse side effects as the process of making removes the milk solids from the butter.
