Service Description

In a world of chaos and unsettled times, it’s hard to find peace of mind. Treat yourself to a Reiki session that will leave you feeling relaxed, calm, and a little more balanced. Reiki is a Universal healing energy transferred from the patients hands to the client. Integrated Reiki combines the traditional healing energy while balancing the chakras. Each appointment starts with a conversation about any obstacles or challenges you may be facing in addition to the exciting and fun things happening for you. This all can affect our energy, becoming erratic or stagnant. This important conversation aids your practitioner in understanding where you may need a little extra attention and balancing. You will then rest face up, fully dressed on a massage table as the practitioner moves around the table to perform Reiki. Sessions are generally performed with both hands on and off the body. We will accommodate you however needed to make it a comfortable and good experience. Session generally lasts 45-60 minutes. Reiki is an excellent way to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
