Golden Sunshine Detox Dressing
This vibrant, anti-inflammatory dressing balances Vata and Kapha while gently supporting Pitta. Turmeric, ginger, and garlic stimulate digestion (Agni) and circulation, while lemon and ACV promote detoxification. Honey and olive oil provide nourishment and grounding. Perfect for drizzling over fresh salads, roasted veggies, or grain bowls for a boost of healing energy.

Ingredients
Juice of 1 LEMON (about 2 Tbsp)
1” piece fresh GINGER, grated
1” piece fresh TURMERIC, grated (or ½ tsp ground)
1 small GARLIC CLOVE, minced
2 Tbsp fresh DILL, chopped
1 tsp RAW HONEY
3/4 c OLIVE OIL
1/2 c APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV)
¼ tsp SALT (adjust to taste)
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, ACV, honey, and salt.
Add the grated ginger, turmeric, garlic, and chopped dill, mixing well.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
Let the dressing sit for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Shake or whisk before using. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Dosha Variations
For Vata: Add 1 tsp tahini or sesame oil for extra grounding. Reduce ACV slightly to prevent excess dryness.
For Pitta: Reduce garlic to a tiny pinch or omit it. Add 1 tsp coconut milk for a cooling touch.
For Kapha: Increase ginger and turmeric for more warmth and stimulation. Reduce honey slightly and use lime instead of lemon for better Kapha balance.
Enjoy this Golden Sunshine Detox Dressing as a healing, flavorful addition to your meals!
