New Year's Day - FREE LIVE Introduction to Ayurveda


As we approach the New Year, many of us have our health and wellness on our minds, maybe even more so than ever due to the COVID pandemic. I know I do!


In years past, I used to make my New Year’s resolutions to lose weight by trying every diet in the book. I never lasted long on these diets. I stopped making resolutions many years ago due to frustration and the constant feeling of failure. Over time what I’ve realized is that losing weight does not necessarily promise good health. When I switch my approach to find better health the weight began to naturally fall by the wayside. I began to practice Ayurveda!


Ayurveda is an ancient Eastern life science that recognizes our individual uniqueness and teaches us to live within the means of our own body-mind constitution (dosha) to achieve optimal health.


Join me on New Year’s Day to learn of the different mind-body constitutions and discover what are your dominant doshas. You will receive practical tools, tips and tricks to achieve your optimal health, balance and peace in 2021.
