If you’ve regularly attended my classes, trainings or retreats, you’ve probably heard me say it a dozen—or maybe even a hundred times: LESS IS MORE!

Over the past year, I started to realize that while I said it often, I wasn’t truly living it. This realization played a big role in my decision to take a hiatus from teaching group yoga classes. Saying those words to you began to feel inauthentic because, deep down, I knew I wasn’t practicing what I preached. Even though I wholeheartedly believe in the principle, I had become the biggest offender.

As I shared in my post, Gracefully Letting Go: A Personal Yoga Story, I experienced a nervous breakdown when COVID hit. This September, I found myself on the verge of another breakdown from taking on too much: working three days at the farm while managing my role as Communications Director, caring for my grandchildren three days a week, teaching yoga two days a week, offering body treatments one day a week, and teaching Sunday school. When I tallied it all up, I realized I was essentially working nine days a week—an unsustainable pace. It became clear that I needed to make swift and critical changes to preserve my health.

I have since let go of many responsibilities at the farm, including stepping away from the Communications role. Next season, I’ll continue my work on the farm in a more part-time capacity. This change allows me to redirect my energy toward what matters most: my health, my family, and my passion for helping others heal through the science of self-realization and self-healing, aka Yoga and Ayurveda.

Through the end of this year and winter, my main focus is to offer you the healing gift of Abhyanga, warm oil massage. Abhyanga is the ideal treatment for the cold, dry winter months ahead, but I will offer other treatments based on individual needs.

Starting December 6th, I’m opening up my schedule for treatments on Fridays and Saturdays. December appointments are filling quickly, so I encourage you to book soon to experience this deeply healing treatment!

In the new year, I’ll be opening up my schedule on Monday afternoons and evenings as well. I’m now accepting bookings for the new year—reserve your spot today!

I will continue to offer Reiki Restorative through the winter. The next class is December 1, 2024 at 3:30PM. Book now to reserve your spot.

In the new year, I will be offering Reiki Restorative twice a month

I am shifting my focus toward offering more personalized services to better support your individual needs. I’m thrilled to introduce Ayurveda Yoga Healing & Wellness Therapy sessions—a unique blend of Ayurveda, Yoga, Reiki, and more.

To make these transformative sessions more accessible, I’m offering a generous membership package: 2 sessions per month at a 15% discount off the single-session price, plus a complimentary subscription of my Ayurveda Yoga video channel! To align with my commitment to a “less is more” approach, I am limiting the number of memberships to just six people.

This Thanksgiving season, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you who have supported me, sent uplifting messages, and checked in over the past few months. Your kindness and encouragement mean the world to me, and I am deeply thankful for your presence on this journey of life.

As we move toward the new year, I look forward to continuing as your guide on the path to better health and wellness. Wishing you a season filled with warmth, gratitude, and joy!

With much love and Namaste,

Jennifer
